Belleville Art Association

Belleville Art Association filled a tent with member’s artwork at the Canada Day Festivities at Zwick’s Park last week. The booth was intended to proudly show the city what we do, gain awareness for the group and perhaps to draw some new members.

Belleville Art Association President Dona Knudsen shows off some of the several pieces of art loaned by members for display at last Saturday’s Artevino in the County. In spite of the sparse crowds, one of the paintings from the BAA booth was sold – Laurie Near’s “Tulip Study”. To see more of Laurie’s work, check out her website.

On Canada Day, the Belleville Art Association, proudly displayed their artwork to the many people who participated in the Canada Day’s Celebration at Zwicks Island Park.
