Exciting Art in Belleville
We are so excited to see how Belleville is being filled with ART!
Two amazing art projects have been organized in our city this summer and we are so happy to have many of our members involved in both of them!
One of the projects was organized by Pop-ups on the Bay City of Belleville | Municipal Government and Bay of Quinte. Artists residing in Hastings/Prince Edward County and Bay of Quinte were invited to submit their proposal for a pop-up unit mural to be painted on-site at West Zwick’s Park. Fourteen artists in total were selected and they have taken up the challenge to paint a mural on each unit of the Pop-ups, adding such a colourful ambience to the already beautiful Zwick's Park! BAA members Blas Villagomez, Sarah Winn and Maria Moreno participated in this project and we wanted to share their work.
Congratulations to all fourteen amazing local artists that made this project come true!
Stay tuned to learn about the second art project!
