Ethan is a local artist, living in Belleville, Ontario. He has been painting and drawing since the age of three. He has, the past few years, been studying privately with Elizabeth Hutcheson.

Ethan is an artist on the autism spectrum, and it is because of his neurodiversity that he has a unique artistic ability to capture what he sees with immediacy and no hesitation. He paints from life, mostly still life, acrylic on canvas and prefers to paint in a medium to large scale.  His painting style utilizes bold colours, direct graphic quality and a unique signature style that brings great joy to the viewer. Another subject of avid interest to Ethan is pop culture, which is also reflected in his paintings.

This past year, he had a very successful show at Arts on Main in Picton and favourable press coverage.
